2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
Receipt of the required advance or full payment (as applicable).
Confirmation of availability from our travel partners or service providers.
Issuance of a booking confirmation by Voyanta Tours.
3. Prices and Availability
Package prices are subject to availability and may change due to airline fares, hotel rates, taxes, government levies, or supplier revisions.
Final pricing will be confirmed before booking.
4. Payment
Payments may be made through approved online payment gateways, bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted payment methods.
All payments are subject to successful processing and verification.
5. Travel Documents
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid identity documents, passports, visas, permits, vaccination certificates, or any other documents required for their journey.
6. Changes by the Traveller
Any request to modify travel dates, destinations, hotels, or services is subject to availability and may attract additional charges imposed by suppliers.
7. Changes by Voyanta Tours
In exceptional circumstances, Voyanta Tours reserves the right to modify hotels, transport, sightseeing, or itinerary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. Suitable alternatives will be provided wherever reasonably possible.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests shall be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.
9. Limitation of Liability
Voyanta Tours acts as a travel service facilitator and coordinates services provided by hotels, airlines, transport operators, destination management companies, and other travel partners.
While we take reasonable care in selecting reliable partners, we are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Traveller Responsibilities
Travellers are expected to:
Provide accurate booking information.
Follow local laws and regulations.
Respect hotel and transport rules.
Maintain appropriate travel behaviour.
Any losses caused by the traveller may be their responsibility.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, branding, and logos, belongs to Voyanta Tours unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
