Refund & Cancellation Policy

      At Voyanta Tours, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, modifications, and refunds are handled.

1. Booking Confirmation
        A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and the booking has been accepted and confirmed by Voyanta Tours and/or the relevant travel service providers.

2. Cancellation by the Traveller
       If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing by email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on:
         Hotel cancellation policies
         Airline cancellation rules
         Transport provider policies
         Tour operator or destination management company terms
         The time remaining before the departure date

3. Refund Eligibility
       Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting:
            Cancellation charges imposed by hotels, airlines, transport providers, or other suppliers.
            Payment gateway transaction charges (where non-refundable).
            Any non-refundable service fees clearly communicated at the time of booking.

4. Non-Refundable Services
      The following may be non-refundable, depending on supplier terms:
            Air tickets
            Train tickets
             Visa fees
             Travel insurance
             Attraction tickets
             Special event bookings
             Peak-season or promotional bookings

5. Booking Modifications
      Requests to change travel dates, destinations, hotels, or traveller details are subject to availability and may involve additional charges from suppliers.

6. Cancellation by Voyanta Tours
      If Voyanta Tours is unable to operate a confirmed booking due to circumstances within our control, we will make reasonable efforts to offer:
     An alternative travel arrangement, or
     A refund, subject to recoveries received from our travel partners and suppliers.

7. Force Majeure
       Voyanta Tours shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
     Natural disasters
     Floods
     Earthquakes
     Landslides
     Pandemics
     Government restrictions
     Civil disturbances
     Airline operational issues
     Weather conditions
   Refunds in such situations will depend on the policies of the respective service providers.

8. Refund Processing Time
     Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–15 business days, depending on the payment method and banking system.
